shhhh...Catina is napping!

The girls go to sleep around the same time every afternoon but don't always fall asleep at the same time or wake up at the same time. This particular day June woke up quite a bit earlier than Catina and she was having a lot of fun waiting for her.

I caught the pencil in mid-air!

June likes to eat Catina's scraps.

Catina, when are you going to wake up?!

toys? who needs toys?

June doesn't really need toys. All she needs is for her sister to pay her a bit of attention and a sock. Whatever June can find to put on the back of her neck is completely satisfying. I'm not sure if she thinks its a necklace or . . .She started this new thing that when she does something wrong she sits in place and rocks back and forth while her arms flail. It looks like she is rowing a boat. She laughs and laughs like she is trying to get away from us.

The girls loves to play on the couch. The couch has been a tree house, a fort, a slide to a basement with a secret bedroom and the list goes on. Here is Catina playing on the couch!

hats

June got a new hat to protect her hearing aids. My mom made it and it is adorable! She seems to love trying on all kinds of hats. Here are some fun pictures!

the endless halloween costume

Catina had several opportunities to dress up for Halloween. Dance class, preschool and then Halloween! Greg and I did dress up as well to match her but we forgot to take pictures. We'll have to reenact some time soon so you can see.

Catina turns 4!

Catina is four years old! Its really hard to believe. This year she has overcome so many fears and I am so proud of her. She now will go on Merry go Rounds, Ferris Wheels (something Mommy is a bit freaked out by), tall slides, poop on the potty, penny ponys at the grocery store and this list goes on. It has been fun to watch her fears disappear. Here are some pictures of her birthday fun!

Here are the cookies she brought to school that Lyndsay made. These were the talk for months. She brought in all her birthday cards for show and tell and slept with her Auntie's family's card the night she received it in the mail.
